The Parson’s Notes: #24

pastor jdIsn’t the internet amazing? Yes, I’m keenly aware that the enemy uses it for evil, but there is also much good to be found. Such as the seemingly limitless Bible translations, commentaries and study materials, Church history information, Jewish roots resources, online sermons, and live church service podcasts. If I miss Dr. David Jeremiah’s, Dr. Jack Van Impe’s or Dr. Hal Lindsey’s radio or television programs, for instance, I can always find them on their sites. And how else could I “attend” Pastor John Kilpatrick’s Church of His Presence, if not for the internet? I’ve also found several fantastic Bible teachers like Dr. David PlattDr. Chuck Missler, and Rabbi Jonathan Cahn–among many others–that I never would have known about if it hadn’t been for the internet.

One of my newest discoveries is Pastor J.D. Faraq of Calvary Chapel, Kaneohe, Hawaii. This Christian brother was born in Beirut, Lebanon, to a Palestinian mother and Egyptian father, and moved to Hawaii with his parents when he was an infant. Pastor Farag pulls no punches. He preaches the full Gospel. His regular Mid-East Prophecy Updates are particularly engaging, educational, and informative.

Here is Pastor J.D.’s newest prophecy update…

I pray that you will be blessed and challenged by this timely message to cling to Christ in these final days before His return.

Maranatha,

Dwight
